Cancellation Policy

By booking a detailing service, the customer agrees to the following policies: 1. Deposits & Payments A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward the final price of the service. Final payment is due once the service is completed. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or other approved payment methods. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may result in the deposit being non-refundable. If the customer is not present or does not respond at the appointment time, the appointment may be canceled. 3. Weather Policy Since services are mobile and performed outdoors, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, extreme cold, or unsafe weather conditions. If weather affects the appointment, the customer will be contacted to reschedule. 4. Vehicle Condition & Extra Charges Prices may increase if the vehicle has excessive dirt, mud, trash, pet hair, heavy stains, mold, strong odors, or other severe conditions. The customer will be notified before any extra charges are added. Personal items should be removed from the vehicle before the appointment. 5. Personal Belongings The business is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle. Any personal items found during the service will be placed in one area of the vehicle. 6. Pre-Existing Damage The business is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, dents, paint damage, clear coat failure, stains, burns, tears, broken buttons, loose trim, or other damage already on the vehicle. Before and after photos may be taken for documentation. 7. Stains, Odors, and Results Some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, or headlight damage may not be fully removable. Results depend on the condition of the vehicle. The business will do its best to improve the vehicle’s appearance, but perfect results are not guaranteed. 8. Customer Approval The customer should inspect the vehicle after the service is complete. Once the service is approved and payment is made, any later complaints will be handled at the business’s discretion. 9. Photo Permission The customer allows before and after photos/videos of the vehicle to be used for business purposes unless they request otherwise. License plates and personal information will be hidden when possible.
